Customers use their Pay ID when approving a real time bank account payment request in the InvoPay app. Relying on PayID without InvoPay shifts the burden onto the customer to manually enter details in their banking app and push the payment, which is time consuming and may have manual errors. InvoPay can process the payment without the customer having to enter bank details of the merchant.
InvoPay looks after the connectivity with the banking system so all you need to do is login to the user friendly InvoPay portal to initiate PayTo requests. InvoPay sends the additional invoice detail to the customer securely to approve before the PayTo request is initiated, which removes any paperwork or additional procurement steps.
